Nashville has always shaped the way Tim Carroll thinks about harmony. A Nashville native, author, and business leader, Tim founded Lyric Workplace on one belief: that when every element of the workplace works in harmony, organizations perform at a different level entirely. Most firms never pursue that standard.

That insight led him to found Lyric Workplace: a firm designed not around product distribution, but around outcomes. Around the belief that when design, technology, culture, and experience work together, the workplace becomes more than a building, it becomes a competitive advantage.
