That insight led him to found Lyric Workplace: a firm designed not around product distribution, but around outcomes. Around the belief that when design, technology, culture, and experience work together, the workplace becomes more than a building, it becomes a competitive advantage.
Tim is also the author of Work/Place, which examines how physical environments influence leadership, culture, and organizational performance.
